The founders of Chatora approached us at the very onset of their business venture with a mere idea for a contemporary Indian restaurant. Having identified the values, the spirit of the business we have established the foundation for what will become the best restaurant in Richmond.
We have designed a beautiful brand to resonate with the target audience, designed and built a bespoke website to showcase the talent and provide functionalities for bookings and takeaway ordering. We designed the menus, leaflets, business cards, uniform and other merchandise.
Social media and digital strategies were set to promote Chatora's opening in February 2020 and drive traffic to the website. These campaigns and strategies were supported by stunning photography and graphics. It goes without saying that content is key and our mission was to ensure Chatora looks strong across all platforms and channels.
Chatora was launched 3 weeks prior to the Lockdown of March 2020. It was certainly a challenging period for the industry as a whole. However even during those uncertain times we carried on with the strategies, grew the digital presence, built a client base and always ensured the restaurant looks strong through content and functionality.
The work paid off and we were so glad to see the restaurant performing well financially. What's more , after just 11 months of being open, Chatora was included in the Michelin Guide 2021.
